חנה אלונים

חנה אלונים היא מומחית להפרעות התפתחותיות בספקטרום האוטיסטי, בריאות הנפש של התינוק, וטיפול משפחתי ובעלת דוקטורט בהתמחות בבריאות הנפש. פיתחה וייסדה את "גישת מפנה", מנהלת את מרכז מפנה לטיפול, הדרכה ומחקר בתחום האוטיזם אצל תינוקות מאז 1987. הקימה ב-2001 את בית הספר להכשרת מטפלים בגישת מפנה בפקולטה לעבודה סוציאלית, אוניברסיטת בר-אילן. פתחה את כלי הסינון לאיתור מקדם של אוטיזם בינקות (c) ESPASSI והקימה את היחידה הראשונה לאיתור מקדם בתינוקות בשנת 2007 במרכז הרפואי ת"א ע"ש סוראסקי

ביוגרפיה

את הדוקטורט בהתמחות בבריאות הנפש, קיבלה אלונים מאוניברסיטת רסקין קיימברידג' אנגליה, בעקבות מחקרים קודמים מחקריה עוסקים בזיהוי מוקדם של אוטיזם בתינוקות; הטיפול באוטיזם של תינוק בהקשר המשפחתי, וההשלכות על כלל בני המשפחה; וכן הפרעות אכילה אצל פעוטות הסובלים מאוטיזם.

פיתחה את גישת מפנה לאבחון וטיפול מוקדם באוטיזם, החל מגיל שלושה חודשים; ובשנת 1987 הקימה את מרכז מפנה. משנת 2001 חברה בסגל תוכנית להכשרת מטפלים באוטיזם בינקות בגישת 'מפנה' בשיתוף אוניברסיטת בר-אילן.

בשנת 2004 פיתחה בעקבות מחקרים את הכלי ©EPASSI לאיתור מוקדם שלתינוקות בסיכון לאוטיזם, והקימה את היחידה לאבחון אוטיזם בתינוקות במרכז הרפואי ת"א ע"ש סוראסקי (איכילוב) בתל אביב.

אלונים חברה בוועדת ה-ICF לקלסיפיקציה של אוטיזם (2016), מטעם ארגון הבריאות העולמי (WHO) ובוועדת הלסינקי למחקר רפואי בבית החולים רבקה זיו בצפת.
